My name is Łukasz Czeleń, and I am the founder of Global-Job.pl.
My journey to founding this agency did not begin in an office, but on the road – traveling across Europe as a worker myself.
For nearly 12 years, I lived and worked abroad (Switzerland, Germany, England). I know what it’s like to pack a suitcase in search of better prospects, how stressful it can be to fill in unfamiliar forms, and what a huge difference it makes to have the support of someone who has already trodden that path.
Why Do I Do This?
Today, at the age of 45 and with a wealth of valuable experience behind me, I have created a place that is much more than just a recruitment agency. Connecting people with their ideal jobs is not only my business – it is my passion and my mission.
